Q.      How do I use the site?

A.      Simply select your chosen activity and enter your location – this can be anywhere convenient for you, such as your home or place or work, then click on ‘search’. You will then be shown a search results page, with the closest venues to you for your chosen activity.

Click on the club to see the club description, opening times and facilities and gallery of images. You will also see the packages available. If you see one you like, click on ‘add to basket’ and ‘checkout’ to make payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a voucher code, which you can take with you to the club. If the package is a gift, you will be sent a link with your confirmation, where you can download a certificate to give to the lucky person!


Q.      If I like the look of a particular health club, spa or other provider, do I have to pay a year’s subscription?

A.      No — if you see a provider that you would like to join, you just pay your first month’s subscription online. When you visit for the first time, you will sign a direct debit mandate for all future payments.


Q.      How do I choose the right health club, spa or other provider for me?

A.     Use to compare health clubs,  gyms, spas and other providers in your area. Every venue on the website has their facilities listed, photos of the club, as well as fee details and minimum contract length. From this information you can make an informed decision. You can also rest assured that if you change your mind, for whatever reason, there is a 10 day cooling off period (please see terms and conditions).


Q.      At a hotel health club or spa, can I use all the hotel’s facilities?

A.     The benefits differ from hotel to hotel. All benefits associated with membership are clearly stated on each listing. There are some fantastic benefits available so it is worth taking a look.


Q.      Why should I use ?

A.     Choosing a health club, spa or other provider has never been easier. From the comfort of your own home, you can view, compare and select from a fantastic range right across the UK. We often have exclusive deals that you won’t find anywhere else. You can sign up to a healthier lifestyle at the click of a button!


Q.      What happens to my information once I have subscribed?

A.     Once you have selected a membership, you will need to complete a short form including your name and address. Only your first month’s payment is collected at this time and Impact SLF can reassure their customers that they do not store your payment details. An email is then sent automatically to your chosen club, so they will be waiting for you to turn up at their door! You can then visit your chosen club at your convenience to complete your show round and induction.


Q.      What is your refund policy?

A.     If you change your mind, for whatever reason, there is a 10 day cooling off period (please see terms and conditions).


Q.      How long is my voucher valid for

A.     Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.


Q.      Do you sell beauty treatments on their own or do I need to buy a spa day?

A.     We do sell individual beauty treatments at some of our clubs, as well as spa days and spa breaks too.
